Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Quies. (the "App"), provided by Mas Dinero Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the rules of the App Store or Play Store you downloaded it from.

2. What Quies is not

Quies is a journaling and reflection tool. It is not a medical device, not a substitute for professional mental-health care, and not a crisis service. The pattern-noticing it offers — including the on-device crisis detector — is intentionally simple and is not a clinical assessment.

3. Your content

Everything you write, speak, or otherwise enter into the App is yours. The App stores your content on your device. Because we do not collect or transmit your content, you retain all rights to it. We make no claim to it.

4. Subscriptions

Quies Pro is available as Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime. Subscription purchases auto-renew until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time purchase with no recurring charge. Cancellation must be done through the App Store or Play Store account that purchased the subscription. Cancellation does not refund the current period.

5. Free trial

Where offered, the 3-day free trial on the Yearly plan converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Cancellation during the trial avoids any charge.

6. No warranty

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mas Dinero Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Privacy

Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy. By using the App you agree to that policy.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse-engineer the App for the purpose of circumventing the Pro entitlement; use the App in any unlawful way; or attempt to disrupt the App's security features.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it; uninstalling permanently deletes the App's data on that device.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, subject to any consumer-protection rights granted to you under the laws of your jurisdiction.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top and surface a notice in the App on next launch. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
