These Terms govern your use of Auris, a mobile application published by Mas Dinero Ventures LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Auris, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Auris.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use Auris on devices you own or control, subject to your compliance with these Terms and with the terms of the platform you obtained Auris from (Apple App Store or Google Play).
Auris is free to download. Some features are gated to Auris Pro, a subscription sold in two billing periods:

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will keep access to Pro features until then.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Auris's recording features complies with the laws of your jurisdiction and the consent of any other parties to the conversations you record.
Your use of Auris is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what Auris does on your device and what limited information leaves it. By using Auris, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.
Audio recordings, transcripts, summaries, action items, client profiles, and notes you create in Auris remain your content. We do not claim ownership of any of it. Because this content is stored only on your device, we cannot recover it if you uninstall Auris, switch phones without restoring from a device backup, or lose your phone.
Auris uses on-device AI models (Whisper for transcription, Llama for summarization and action item extraction) to process your recordings. These models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading output. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it. Do not treat Auris's output as a verbatim transcript or as a substitute for human review when accuracy is critical (legal, medical, contractual contexts).
Auris is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that Auris will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mas Dinero Ventures LLC's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Auris is limited to the amount you paid us for Auris in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Auris if you violate these Terms. You may stop using Auris at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be posted in the app on next launch with a "Terms updated" notice. Continued use after a material update constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.

These Terms supplement, and do not replace, the standard end user license agreement of the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of a conflict, the platform-store terms govern with respect to platform-store transactions.
